The most important Talent Intelligence data (out of 2022) of Hungary.
In Hungary, almost all workers work full-time, namely 95.4%. This is a big difference when comparing this percentage with Europe, where 82.7% of the workers work full-time. Interesting to see is that the labour force and students both agree that flexible working hours is by far the most important job benefit.
When looking for a job, profession.hu is the most used job board, followed by Jobline.hu and Jooble.com. Profession is also the most used app when looking for a job but then followed by Jófogás and LinkedIn. Interesting to see is that Hungarians barely get approached by recruiters for new jobs. Whereas in other European countries percentages of getting approached go up to 40%, Hungary stays behind with not even 10%.
Even though only 8% of the Hungarians would like to live and work abroad, the biggest reason with 60% is enjoying a better standard of living.
