In Croatia, almost all workers work full-time, namely 96.5%. This is a big difference when comparing this percentage with Europe, where 82.7% of the workers work full-time.

When applying for a job, it is for Croatians the most important that they are able to apply easily online. Croatians like to use their acquaintances and network the most as an orientation channel, but this is closely followed by the use of job boards. The most popular job board is moj.posao.net, but the most important app to find is job is LinkedIn.

Remarkable is that 50% of the students agree that the most important job benefit is a travel expense allowance, which is not found in the top three of most of the labour force. Interestingly, 13% of the Croatians would like to live and work abroad. Salary conditions and enjoying a better standard way of living are the most common reasons. The emigration and migration numbers are almost equal, but slightly more people leaving Croatia.
