The Global Talent Acquisition Monitor (GTAM) is a large-scale study of the labour potential on the European labour market. The GTAM has been conducted in 28 European countries with approximately 60,000 respondents being questioned about the following issues:
- Socio-demographic characteristics: age, gender level of education, profession, sector, work experience;
- How do you reach your international target group?: insights in pull factors, employment conditions, job search channels, favorite apps and websites for recruitment of active and passive candidates;
- How do you attract international talent?: insights in drivers of internationally mobile people, popular cities and countries for your target group, and the factors that are most important in a job;
- Candidate experience: learn about expectations of the application process, negotiating the contract, the resume of candidates in various countries to improve candidate experience in your local markets.
The data we collect with GTAM form the basis for our International Talent Analytics, the European Recruitment Dashboard, tailor-made research and the data for our APIs. We also weigh and enrich our data with vacancy data and other data sources, such as Eurostat. With this we offer a reliable, up-to-date and complete picture of the European labour market.
