A job posting with at least four mentioned employer benefits and/or pull factors (drivers) will by average result in 350% more applicants and 200% more views. The better (and more detailed) the vacancy text, the more and higher the response rate.

Based on candidate data, Intelligence Group can precisely tell what employee benefits and drivers lead to a higher conversion. The recruiter just needs to choose Y/N on the suggestions. This can be done per vacancy (by uploading the vacancy) or just once according to company standards when an employer uses a XML-feed.
