Anne explains: “Like many of our competitors, our main challenge is finding new and emerging talent—and of course, engaging and retaining that talent. Every generation and every level of experience comes with different needs and desires. How do we respond to those?”

Introduction to Giant

It was there that Anne was first introduced to the dashboard’s capabilities by conducting practical search tasks. This gave her insights into where the target audience can be found, what they value, and how to attract and retain them.

Finanxe began implementing Giant at the end of last year. Anne shares: “We first looked at our standard profiles and analyzed how they were represented. We used these analyses to rewrite our job vacancies, among other things. But we also applied Giant to projects like our new website. This ensures that every page speaks directly to the target audience in a way that resonates with them and helps them find what they’re looking for.”

We use Giant’s data to further develop our internal organization, including Human Resource Development, Recruitment, and Sales. We do this by providing each team with the data relevant to their specific target groups.”

Permanent and Freelance

“The ‘permanent and freelance’ tab is particularly interesting for Sales. We work with a permanent team of finance professionals but also place freelancers. This tab gives us valuable insights into rates and market trends for both groups. For Human Resource Development, elements such as background characteristics and job preferences are more relevant. We also provide updates with trends and developments whenever we notice major shifts. And of course, we use the data when recruiting for internal roles as well; in addition to Finanxe professionals, we regularly look for business consultants, recruitment consultants, and talent scouts.”
