From the very beginning, De Selectie has been a recruitment marketing agency, explains recruitment specialist and partner Posthuma. “That’s where it all started. A target audience-focused approach is our foundation—we’re marketers at heart. We only started offering recruitment services three years ago. During the first three years, we focused solely on recruitment marketing.”
The target audience-focused approach remains central. “For all major clients, we conduct extensive Employer Value Proposition (EVP) research—how the employer is perceived, and which target audiences are the most difficult to attract. Based on that, we build employer brands that are both authentic and appealing.”
In addition, De Selectie provides interim recruiters and RPO recruiters for temporary projects and outsourced recruitment.
