Our location research study answers all of your questions
By using a location research study, we map locations on the local or regional labor market. We look at the size of the labor potential of your target group, its composition (work experience, age, level of education) and the potential talent that comes from education in the labor market. We look at the extent to which these people are active on the labor market: do they want to change jobs and possibly work for the new branch? Finally, we also look at the presence of competitors. This can be an advantage (there are people who may want to switch) or a disadvantage (there is less suitable staff available).
On the basis of its labor market data, Intelligence Group charts both expertise and the advantages and disadvantages of certain locations and makes it clear in a fact sheet report, with one simple overview, which location is suitable.
