Vdab.be once again the most used job board by employers and agencies in Belgium

The top 10 most used job boards show which job boards are used by direct employers and agencies in their search for personnel. Intelligence Group's analysis of Jobfeed data shows that last year, just like the previous year, the Vlaamse Dienst voor Arbeidsbemiddeling en Beroepsopleiding (VDAB, Flemish Employment and Vocational Training Service) was the most frequently used job board by both employers and agencies in Belgium. In second place for both employers and agencies is Glassdoor, which has made great strides in the agency list compared to the previous year.

Top 10 job boards most used by employers in Belgium

Once again, VDAB is the most used job board by direct employers in Belgium this year, with 365,228 vacancies. Glassdoor has moved up to second place with 235,745 vacancies, while ranking third last year. Le Forem had to give up its former second place and drops to third place in the top 10. A noticeable entrant is OnlyEngineerJobs, which was in twenty-fourth place last year and is now the seventh most used job board by employers in Belgium.

An important side note is that LinkedIn and Indeed are not included in the current analysis, because the number of posted vacancies cannot be calculated for these job boards.

Top 10 job boards most used by agencies in Belgium

Compared to the top 10 job boards for employers, the top 10 job boards for agencies and intermediaries look slightly different. While the top 3 is the same for employers and agencies, Jobat is used more by agencies, as is Neuvoo. Dovajobs is the seventh most used job board by agencies in Belgium, while it is not included in the top 10 for direct employers. This job board is therefore mainly used by agencies to post vacancies. On the other hand, Actiris is not found in the top 10 for agencies, while it is in fifth place among direct employers. This shows that Actiris is mainly used by direct employers.
