In a time where a lot of data is available this can be realized very simple with the use of our European Recruitment Dashboard

Recruitment landscape

The recruitment landscape keeps changing per job role and region. For example: When you start sourcing for more specific job functions, important questions are:

  • Which media channels are best suitable for active, latent job seekers?
  • What incentives triggers them to apply for your job(s)?
  • Am I searching in the right country?
  • Is the salary in Portugal higher or less than in Romania?

If you ask yourself these kind of questions, labour market data becomes interesting and worth to investigate. The more you know about your target group the more you can save in both time and money. In addition your reach will be much higher. You will not learn this from media channels, job boards and marketing companies. These questions are answered in our international research: Global Talent Acquisition Monitor (GTAM).
