After publishing the list of the most favourite employers in The Netherlands and Belgium we now present the most favourite employers in Germany. In the German top ten 50% of the companies is from the automotive industry. Siemens is the most favourite employer of Germany.

Companies with a rich history

Another striking fact from the top ten is that no less than 80% of the companies also originated in Germany. They are all large organisations that are very well known worldwide today. Another interesting fact is that these German companies were all founded in the 18th or 19th century and in that respect have a rich history and are very solid. Finally, we see that 30% of the companies (Siemens, Google and Microsoft) from the list can be labelled as technology companies. Tech and Automotive thus dominate this list of favourite employers in Germany.
